Each attribute can range from 1 to 5 with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest! Depending on where you put your points will determine which of your stats are raised.
But you only get a certain number of points to work with.

If you hit 0 then you go into a Frenzy unless you have a negative on your frenzy in which case you frenzy sooner as if you had no blood )
Speed: 5 + Your Strength + Your Dexterity (( This determines who goes first in technical battles. NOTE: If you have the discipline Celerity you get a +5 bonus to your speed per level. ))
Other Notes:
Brujah get a -2 to Frenzy
Gangrel get a -1 to Frenzy
Remember: This is PURELY optional! If you don't want to do it; or do it later then go ahead and skip it! All I need for you to get approved is the top section; Doing the bottom section just allows for an easier system to complete quests, and do battle if you don't want to roleplay it out.
